Meg Gillmer is The Wholesome Athlete. She's always been interested in food – eating it, preparing it, serving it, photographing it, creating it. And after getting into triathlon meg realised that food was a way of nourishing her body and a way to ensure she trained and raced at her best. Meg's introduction to "training food" was a freebie sports bar in a bag, which she received at her first triathlon. It tasted awful and the ingredients weren't recognisable. So, Meg created her own food using only fresh ingredients.
